The OnDemand® range is MTS's answer to automating the filling, sealing and labelling of compliance packaging within the pharmacy. Our OnDemand® machines are designed to reduce the number of people required to produce compliance packaging and increase the capacity within the pharmacy.

The OnDemand® Accuflex offers ‘just in time’ dispensing for pharmacies that are specialist providers of monitored dose systems to care homes.

The OnDemand® Accuflex is designed to fill, seal and label all MTS unit dose packaging using an interface to your pharmacy software system. Cassettes are changed by a robot arm system increasing speed of throughput and reducing labour costs.

The benefits of using the OnDemand® Accuflex are:

• Has an output of up to 240 patient specific packs per hour
• Only requires two WTE (Whole Time Equivalents) to operate
